The Partnership Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse wishes to organize the Lincoln County area to raise awareness about alcohol and drug abuse in order to educate the youth, parents and employers and empower them to make healthy decisions regarding the use of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs.
 
La Asociación  Contra el Alcohol y las Drogas desea organizar el área del Condado de Lincoln para crear conciencia acerca del abuso de alcohol y drogas, para educar a los jóvenes, padres y empleadores y animarlos a que tomen decisiones saludables respecto al uso de tabaco, alcohol y otras drogas.
